• Deposit cryptocurrency funds into the platform
• Activate AI-driven trading bots with various investment packages
• Earn daily returns based on bot performance and market conditions
• Withdraw available funds to external cryptocurrency wallets

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

• Not share your account credentials with any third party

5. Financial Terms

Deposits: All deposits are processed after blockchain confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or incorrect wallet addresses provided by users.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days. A service fee applies to all withdrawals. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lachess-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, we will process any outstanding balance withdrawal subject to applicable fees and verification requirements.
